Welcome to My Proposed Plan as Classic Mrs. International Global!

I am so excited by the opportunity to take on the role as Classic Mrs. International Global.

 

Below you will find my plan to support the growth of the MIG and MIW systems and expand my advocacy on a global scale.

Classic Mrs. International Global: 30/60/90 Day Plan

Having had the opportunity to discuss the goals of the organization with it's founders and CEO, I know that a major goal of the organization is to expand the global footprint to welcome directors and contestants from around the world. In addition, the MIG organization is a beacon for the advocacy for women and I will continue to build on this platform. 

Overall Goals:

  • Pageant Growth: Increase contestant and director recruitment. from more countries/regions around the world. 

  • Establish MIG as an official platform for my Women Helping Women program

  • LGBTQ, Women's rights & Habitat for Humanity Global Advocacy: Working with international organizations to speak out for human rights,and  raise awareness of global homelessness everywhere..

Day 1-30: Foundation & Immediate Action

  • Pageant Growth:

    • Day 1-7:

      • Immediate social media announcement and thank you post with a call to action for potential contestants and directors.

      • Reach out to past Classic Mrs. International Global titleholders for collaboration and brainstorming sessions.

      • Update personal website and social media bios to reflect the new title and include contact information for inquiries.

    • Day 8-30:

      • Work with the International Director to develop a "Why Classic Mrs. International Global?" digital brochure/PDF highlighting the benefits of participation.

      • Begin targeted social media advertising campaigns focused on specific demographics and regions.

      • Contact local and regional media outlets for interviews and press releases.

      • Begin compiling a database of potential directors in underserved regions.

      • Begin contacting previous state and national pageant directors.

  • Women Helping Women Program Growth 

    • Day 1-7​

      • Make official announcements/ press releases/social media posts about MIG and WHW partnership​

  • Human Rights and Habitat for Humanity Advocacy:

    • Day 1-7:

      • Connect with Global Rights for Women, ILGA and Habitat for Humanity International's global partnership teams to formally  announce my new role as Classic Mrs. International Global and discuss my vision for our continued partnership. 

      • Create a dedicated social media hashtags to track and amplify my advocacy efforts.

    • Day 8-30:

      • Publish a blog post detailing my commitment about my advocacy and my personal connection to MIG .

      • Schedule introductory meetings with Global Rights for Women, ILGA and Habitat for Humanity,  regional directors in key target areas.

      • Begin planning a global virtual fundraiser.

Day 31-60: Engagement & Expansion

  • Pageant Growth:

    • Host virtual "Meet the Queen" Q&A sessions for potential contestants and directors.

    • Work with MIG leadership on a potential referral program incentivizing current and past contestants/directors to recruit new participants.

    • Ramp up my appearance schedule for virtual or in-person community events and pageants to network and promote Classic Mrs. International Global.

    • Create a digital toolkit for directors, including marketing materials and recruitment strategies.

    • Begin to plan and schedule regional recruitment trips.

  • Global Rights for Women, ILGA and Habitat for Humanity

    • Launch the global virtual fundraiser, promoting it across all platforms.

    • Planning an International Women's Day and Pride Event

    • Secure at least three confirmed partnerships with regional offices.

    • Develop a visual content strategy (photos, videos) showcasing my involvement with Habitat for Humanity projects.

    • Explore opportunities for cross-promotion between Classic Mrs. International Global and Habitat for Humanity.

    • Research and identify key global events where Habitat for Humanity is involved, and plan to attend or support them.

Day 61-90: Momentum & Strategic Planning

  • Pageant Growth:

    • Analyze recruitment data and adjust strategies as needed.

    • Develop a long-term director training program.

    • Create a  program to empower past contestants to become recruiters.

    • Begin planning for regional workshops and training sessions for potential contestants and directors.

    • Begin creating a 1 year calendar of events and appearances.

  • Global Rights for Women, ILGA and Habitat for Humanity Advocacy:

    • Conduct a review of the global fundraiser's success and identify areas for improvement.

    • Begin developing a long-term partnership strategy with Global Rights for Women, ILGA and Habitat for Humanity, including measurable goals and objectives.

    • Secure media coverage of my Global Rights for Women, ILGA and Habitat for Humanity initiatives, highlighting the impact of my work.

    • Begin planning international travel to participate in Global Rights for Women, ILGA and Habitat for Humanity

  • Begin planning a global habitat for humanity build, that includes participation from classic Mrs. International Global contestants.

Key Considerations:

  • Consistency: Maintain a consistent presence on social media and engage regularly with followers.

  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with pageant organizers, past titleholders, and Habitat for Humanity partners.

  • Authenticity: Share my genuine passion for both the pageant and Global Rights for Women, ILGA and Habitat for Humanity

  • Measurement: Track my progress and adjust my plan as needed.

  • Flexibility: Be prepared to adapt to changing circumstances and opportunities.
